There was a Wurden family reunion, in Bremerton (Washington state), on the weekend of July 17-19, 1998. People attended from Washington, California, New Mexico, Texas, Minnesota, and Germany. The weather was excellent, and the outdoor barbeque along with tennis, basketball, boating, waterskiing, horseshoes, trampoline, and baseball batting practice were enjoyed by all. I told some of the old family stories that I have learned in my research, had large family tree and photo displays, and copies of my family history book available.
